Funding for the Transit System is formally cost shared between the City of Chilliwack and BC Transit in partnership with the Fraser Valley Regional District, the Village of Harrison Hot Springs and the City of Chilliwack.

Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by the City of Chilliwack based on information and planning provided by the Municipal Systems Program of BC Transit.

The transit systems are operated by FirstCanada ULC.
